Appointments & Cancellations

Because of the popularity of our unique services we require that you secure a reservation by phone, or in person, using your Visa, MasterCard or Discovery credit card. Please notify Zsuzsanna's Salon 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment when changing or canceling. Without the 24- hour notice, full price of the scheduled treatment will be charged.

When making your appointment, please inform the receptionist of any significant health issues, allergies, or if you are pregnant. We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion.

For your comfort

Please arrive at Zsuzsanna's Salon fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Zsuzsanna's Salon can not extend time for late arrivals and must still apply the full charge of the scheduled treatment.

Our soothing ambience is essential for all guests, therefore we ask your consideration in turning off your cell phone while in the salon.

Please refrain from bringing children but if you do, they must stay with you in the treatment room.

Gratuity Policy

We sincerely hope you are pleased with the services you receive. If so and you would like to extend a gratuity to your treatment provider, our policy permits cash or check only. Gratuities are always at the clients’ discretion and are not included in the treatment prices or Gift Cards. The customary range is 15-20% of the provided service. For our clients’ convenience, gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk at check out.

Return Policy

There are no refunds on gift cards, services, or retail products. A spa credit will be given.

Students & Over Sixty Tuesdays

Tuesdays are special for our students and clients aged 60 and over. Every Tuesday all Zsuzsanna's Salon Customers who are students or 60 plus can enjoy 10% off all of our services. Join a friend for a memorable and special day.
